You the Customer is the only sole party involved that is responsible for photo quality and or text being provided to us correctly spelled, we are not responsible for any poor quality photos or errors on spelling you have provided us specially when we copy and paste all advised under the Personalised Goods Act Law
 
You the Customer must provide correct Full shipping address with your order, any incomplete shipping addresses or requests to send order to different address other than what's on your order will result in your order being cancelled without prior notice to you NO EXCEPTIONS
 
You the Customer agrees to for personalised photo orders to send photos to us correctly through ebay messages so your order can be completed quickly
 
You agree we have the right to cancel your order at any time when we see fit, your order will be cancelled 24 Hours after original order date if you fail to provide details as requested within the item description on time, our 24 hour rule is more than fair on our side and only applies to ebay orders or your order will be cancelled if you have made unreasonable demands after you made your order with us
 
You the customer agrees that you are ordering in advance and if your order does not arrive within 8 days after dispatch then you agree a replacement will be offered and sent to you, no refunds are offered at any time for non delivery, only a replacement will be sent
 
We dispatch all completed orders same day Monday to Friday by 10am, any orders made after this time are dispatched next working date, we do not dispatch any orders on a Saturday or Sunday and we only send to the address provided by ebay and paypal only, only our website orders has high priority over ebay orders at all times
 
We do not send proof photos out on any item for any reason after an order has been made at any time, we don't need to, our items, themes, layouts, finished product is 100% as shown on all listings, so you already know what your ordering from us before you order, any request for proof photos will be ignored at all times, we sell on other formats not just ebay and processing orders within our correct time frame is our main priority and we will not delay your order, sample photos are send before an order has been made only no exceptions
 
You agree to provide correctly spelled text or high quality photos for your order at all times and not send screen shot mobile photos for mugs or any high quality items we sell
 
We agree to provide privacy for your order at all times, your email and photos are deleted at all times after your order has been processed and dispatched to you, if you wish to re order with same details you must provide the details to us again
 
Feedback is only left once positive feedback has been received for your order
 
The Personalised & Tailor Made Goods Act states: The goods you can't return back if you simply change your mind including: tailor-made or personalised goods
