    To order Products you will need to follow the ordering procedures below
     
    1. Details of prices for our Products, and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed on our eBay shop.
     
    2. Any times or dates stated on our eBay shop for delivery are estimates only. We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the Products within the time specified, but do not accept any liability for any failure to deliver within the quoted time, or for any consequences caused by the delay, including but not limited to loss of earnings. If by mistake we have something listed that has gone out of stock, we will do our best to inform you of this as early as possible, and to inform you of a revised time scale, or refund you if this is unacceptable or too inconvenient.
     
    3. Products will not be dispatched to you until we are in receipt of cleared funds. The price of any Product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any Product before you place an order. We try to ensure that our prices displayed on our eBay shop are accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure (see clause 4, below). We will inform you if a Product’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the product at the correct price. If your credit card has already been charged we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges). If we our out stock of item we have right to switch to a different supplier for forfill your order. The order will then be dispatched in as timely order as possible, and you will be informed of any possible delays if they come up. (See clause 2 above, and 7 below)

You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the Products offered by us on our eBay shop are correct, that the PayPal account, credit or debit card which you use is your own, or that you are authorised to use it and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any Products. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any Products.
     
    6. We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
     
    7. All Products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the Products for any reason we will not charge you and we will refund any money already paid by you.
     
    8. We utilise the FedEx, DPD Hermes & Royal Mail for the delivery of most items. This means that we will have a receipt of postage, and a tracking number for you to follow your items progress.
     
    9. All of the Products that we supply are covered by these terms and conditions.
     
    10. All parts unless otherwise stated carry a manufacturers 12 month guarantee, no replacements or refunds will be considered until warranty items have been received back for inspection as per our returns policy. We will not consider labour charges or any other 3rd party expenses incurred in the removal and replacing of any part under warranty.
     
    11. As with all parts professional installation is paramount for safety purposes and to ensure longevity and optimum service life, please follow vehicle manufacturers installation schedules and any torqueing procedures for the specific part purchased .
     
    12. We accept payment through PayPal, our prices include V.A.T and come with free delivery to most uk postcodes, please note free delivery excludes the following post codes..
