    I gave 4 out of 5 starts on shipping costs because I believe it can be lower. Ebay is moving lots of product and could work out a deal with USPS to lower the cost. More customers could be here but instead at Amazon who offers free shipping on some items. The parts are all there as in the image of ad. So, I'm happy about that.
