    Kit is as good or better than described. Seller communication is excellent, the original kit disappeared into the wind but when the seller saw that it hadn't moved in a day or two via the tracking number, he contacted me and let me know that he was sending out a replacement kit, which arrived quickly and well packed. I plan on buying from this seller again in the near future.

    This is a kind if feedback I'd like to give more often. Communication wise, just perfect. The parcel was taking a little longer to arrive in France (nothing different from the usual) and the seller proactively contacted le saying they'd be sending another on their expenses. TOP QUALITY components (and I know what I'm saying) but those guys share something that is PRICELESS: diagrams, pictures, hints, instructions all based on many years of experience. The best purchase experience I ever had!

    HiFi Audio was very diligent in tracking the shipping, more than myself, they noticed it was stuck somewhere and immediately packed and shipped another kit to minimise the EDD. Delays are not unusual when shipping to Australia, but only understood the issue when they explained it in a message. So hats off for that ! That is some customer service !!! Hard to find much of that in the Post-Covid supply chain. Very thankful to them and certainly buying again ! Cheers, Renzo
