  Item was dispatched FAST - packaging was POOR - condition was SLIGHTLY DAMAGED - price was EXCELLENT - seller communication EXCELLENT - Received a partial refund due to damage - the condition of books is somewhat of a lottery, and the packaging doesn't provide much protection, however, it must be said that customer service is excellent, and they do all they can to try to resolve problems.   There was an issue with the condition of the book being stated incorrectly, but the seller promptly applied a refund when asked for.
