I had an issue with my iPod getting stuck in a USPS distribution center when I shipped it to the seller to have it fixed (which was not any fault of the seller). I informed the seller of my issue and he was very understanding and helpful and said they would make it a priority to get it fixed once it arrived. Return shipping from the seller was very quick.
