  The truck was described as 1:10 scale in description, the measurements stated were as a 1:16, however I just took the size from the description. I contacted them to complain, they apologised, gave me a part refund, have since sold truck and have got the money I paid out back. So thank you for dealing with the matter promptly. I would certainly deal with them again. Oh, the delivery was very quick too, much quicker than they stated. Thanks

  Delivered at the second attempt, with the first package being empty. It's a small item, and light, so perhaps the packer just picked up and empty packet. However, the vendor reacted well to my message, and re-sent the item, albeit with some delay. The item itself is as expected. It is a tool used in racquet stringing. So, apart from the item itself not arriving on time due to the vendor dispatching an empty package, I am happy with the item, and with the vendor's response to the issue.
