Unfortunately a very poor quality book was sent to me. Having contacted WOB regarding this, it was more than 48 hours for a response, during which time I had sourced a copy from a different provider. A replacement was sent out a few days later but unfortunately WOB refused to pay the return postage for this book, which was also not in ‘very good condition’. Having contacted them both through eBay messages and directly on their website, I have not had a satisfactory response. Very disappointing!

Absolutely fantastic service. The item was as described and well packaged and promptly delivered, even though rhe delivery service left the package in "my safe place" (which was instead left in a neighbours garden) but the seller was brilliant in their response and helped resolve the problem quickly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Any time I make a purchase the item is exactly as described with reasonable price, very well packed, always delivered safely and fast. Last week I bought a book but my feedback for some reason did not go through (I guess it was too short). All I want to say, this is highly recommended seller 👍, a credit to Ebay.
