This external amplifier works for both stereo and surround sound. You can easily switch it to mono and bridge it to double the power-handling ability. For a budget amp, this unit puts out a clean, airy sound with very little distortion. The volume control is positioned right in the front, giving you easily accessible control. For extra power, you can run two NAD amplifiers together in your system or use one with a top-quality receiver. You won't have any trouble finding a spot on your shelf for a NAD 2400 two-channel unit. Its measurements are 435 by 127 by 385 millimeters. The entire apparatus weighs about 22 pounds. For the best results, place every piece of audio equipment in a strategic location. Corners are especially suitable for speakers and amps because they provide a reinforced boundary.
