A documentary which follows the couple's life after their marriage in Gibraltar. John Lennon and Yoko Ono campaigned for world peace from a bed in Montreal's Queen Elizabeth Hotel and later actively took part in rallies and protests.
A look back at the summer of 1969 when John Lennon and Yoko Ono were married. Instead of going on a secluded honeymoon which would have been swamped by reporters anyway, they decided to hold a public honeymoon in their hotel bed and promote the word "peace" so that it would wind up on Page One of every newspaper that covered the event. Included in this video is footage of John and Yoko meeting cartoonist Al Capp, Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau, and media expert Marshall McLuhan.
