  This is the best seller interaction overall on ebay I've had. I've been a member on ebay for more than 10 years and i have never dealt with a seller that has the level of communication and proper listings like Unix Surplus. I received 3 servers that were properly cleaned, properly stated in the item description and promptly shipped. The packaging on the individual servers were better than new items shipped from the manufacturer. I will buy from Unix Surplus again moving forward. 5/5 stars!

  Servers well packed. Description indicated cosmetic issues, there were some, bent rack ears. Nothing major. Had a single memory stick report failed, messaged and they're sending a new one immediately. Great response and service, recommended. Can't always avoid issues, esp. when dealing with refurb/used equipment. The support is what matters.

  I was thoroughly impressed with the ease of this purchase. I wanted some customizations to a listing I saw, and the team at UNIXSurplusCom--specifically Justin--was very helpful and responsive. The server arrived exactly as discussed, and delivered on time. I was very pleased to see the care taken to package it up (great use of expanding foam packaging!). The items were also very clean--I swear they look brand new. I will absolutely be doing business with UNIXSurplusCom again in the future.
