    The unit was new condition, boxed well, received fast, as in photos. Haven't tested yet, sure it will work, accepted my offer. OEM bracket would have been nice, hard to mount without it, but not shown in photos so didn't expect. Satisfied.

    This is not for a Pacifica. It is really for a car. The kit doesn't at all take into account large sliding doors. Waste of time and money. I brought this to seller's attention, asked for a refund. They asked for pictures, so I sent. Then they asked for pictures of my sliding doors. I sent. Then they sent me the original directions (which are for a car, mind you) and suggested I try again? Seriously? No! Don't bother with this seller
