Made an error placing the orderand requested cancelation within the first minute of processing the order, seller refused cancelation. On top of that, I received 2 broken movie cases. Sent email to seller and ignored my complain. This is highly dishonest and unprofessional. Not taking ownership of your responsibilities and caring only for taking customer's money is very unethical. Buyers be aware! Buy from someone else! You will be better off! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
