  Great customer service from the Trimming Shop. I ordered some chlorine tablets for my hot tub. Ordering was easy, price was very good. I was provided with a tracking reference and they were collected promptly by Post Office. However they had not been delivered over a week later. I contacted Trimming Shop and was offered either refund or replacement. I chose the replacement and another tub of chlorine was despatched the same day and arrived two days later. Will happily buy from them again

  After I returned 10 items to Trimming Shop as they mistakenly sent me 14 and I only paid for 4. I have found the communication has been excellent, only today I received a message that the customer has to pay for the return postage, it stated that through changing my mind for the items it it is for me to pay the return postage,I did not change my mind I was returning the 10 items that I did not pay for. Please try and sort this out with Trimming Shop. Thank you.

  Arrived in good time, but didn't come wrapped, just in jiffy bag, no order details. I received the wrong colour, I received red when I ordered scarlet which is a darker red. As you can see from the picture, it's not what I received, but as no order number was included and despite the photo they insisted I received the correct order and no compensation or resolution was offered.
