Sega Dreamcast gamers return to the virtual lakes and streams for another round of sport angling in Sega Bass Fishing 2. Unlike the popular arcade-ported original title in the series, this release was designed specifically for the Dreamcast and uses the particulars of the console's power to deliver a realistic fishing experience. For the first time, two players can fish together in this edition of the game. Players must find a good spot and choose from over 100 lures if they hope to snag the big one. When the prize bass finally strikes the real fight begins, as the virtual fisher must keep enough pressure on the line to prevent the fish from throwing the hook, but not so much that the line snaps or the rod breaks. For added reality, Sega Bass Fishing 2 supports the Fishing Accessory.
