  Just received my Cuttlebug and am very happy with my purchase. The pictures accurately showed the condition of all pieces. I will be buying replacement cutting pads because they are quite worn but could see that in the photos. The seller did an excellent job of packaging everything in bubble wrap and newspaper. Shipping was quick. Great experience with this seller.

  The item was no correctly described - probably not the fault of the seller and I could not use. My biggest problem is your RETURN - I was supplied a link to print a label which did not work. The link page when I tried to get to the link a second time your computer told me the return " was complete" .So as there was a return address on the original shipping label I have returned the item to the seller's address in Idaho. He should get it back Thursday of this week.
