    My order received as advertised. The 4 rods I purchased were in plastic sleeve packaging with tags and in perfect condition. (It took me 15 minutes to get the rods out of the shipping box) Lightning-fast shipping and great seller. If you are looking to purchase a rod and want it to get there packaged well. This seller is vendor to check out.

    Item exactly as described..well packaged all the way from the states what a journey but like said very well packaged..I paid import tax..,I would buy again from this seller ,if the price is right..give them 10 out of 10

    Pictures showed item in original packaging. Description said new, unopened. It came opened, in a different package with slight damage to one piece. Reached out to seller, no response for over a week. All the parts were there however, and useable.

    we pictured in clam pack. factory then stopped shipping the 3 ball sets in clampack because the clam was not tight enough to keep balls from moving around or dropping onto the floor because of the weight. so they shipped to us in a small cardboard box which is the original factory box we sent here. The damage he said was to the trailer ball NUT. we saw it. maybe a few slight blemishes on the nut which goes beneath a trailer coupler. how that could make any difference whatsoever I do not know?
