The seller reached out and confirmed that the item on the image did not match the one sent to me. The seller could not find the item in their inventory, pledged to update the posting image, and refunded my payment. I was told to keep the item. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I acknowledge that in this case, the seller s action to rectify the situation has been very helpful and resolved to my satisfation.

The replacement blade meant we didn't have to buy a new grinder attachment. Shipping was free and though slow - ordered 19 Feb, delivered 5 March - each step was tracked from despatch to arrival. Packing in a small box and a padded envelope was very secure. We recommend this seller.
