    Excellent seller! Sold me an exhaust for my bike at an unbeatable price, shipped it within 1 business day via expedited shipping without me even asking, packaged very well to prevent damage, and arrived quickly and in the exact condition he described, maybe even better. The seller is also great at communication when I had a few questions. I would purchase from Tim again 100% of the time if the opportunity arises. Thanks again!

    As an EBay customer this was the first item I had a small problem with I didn’t realise until alter return date was past after speaking to Tim he was immediately concerned an sent me a replacement which I received in 5 days and are very happy with the outcome he didn’t have to honour a replacement as I had past the return date but as a fair and understanding person he didn’t so I’m only too happy to recommend and deal again with ImperialSportsbikes from here on in Mick.

    Part was as advertised. (I really like the detail about the item in the listing). Seller answers messages. Only issue for me is they are on the other side of the world, so shipping is a killer. I will gladly purchase again from Imperial Sportbikes.

    The part worked well and as described. Sadly, I had to return because the problem on my 2017 Tuono was related to another issue but this part let me narrow down the troubleshooting. The seller responded within a business day to my return request and initiated the refund the same day it was received. Given it's an Aprilia, I'm sure I'll be a returning customer soon.

    Part was advertised as new, but seller realized it was not new. Seller immediately contacted me and offered to immediately refund my $. Seller offered a significant deduction in price and I agreed. Part was shipped immediately and I have received and inspected Part to be 100% as described. I hope to continue business with this company. 10 out of 10
