  Good ebayer, great comms, good prices, item as described, & delivered swiftly. Pleasure to do business with and would again. Packaging could use some minor improvement as the thin plastic bag clearly tore around the corners / edges in transit, however books inside were undamaged (hence positive review).

  Although the actual condition wasn't as good as the listing suggested, the seller was very quick to respond, offering a partial refund even though I hadn't asked for one. I was very pleased with the polite and professional way they dealt with the issue. It's easy to see, with so many items for sale, how their descriptions might not always be as accurate as they might be. The book was still good value, even without the refund, & after such good service, I would definitely buy from them again.
