We endeavour to ensure that all information contained within The Store is correct and up to date. No liability will be accepted, or damages offered, for damage or injury caused by following instructions or advice given on The Store. We will not be liable for rectifying any issues encountered when following any of the guides or articles on The Store, irrespective of whether the information contained on The Store is correct or incorrect, or whether the information was correctly or incorrectly followed. Always test all lacquers and chemicals in an inconspicuous area before using. Remember to apply common sense to everything that you do and if you are unsure about any of the processes detailed on The Store or which our products can be used for please seek professional advice before proceeding.
 
 
Appropriate safety precautions should be taken and protective equipment worn when using any chemicals or items purchased from The Site. When using lacquers, paints, or associated sprays, liquids or chemicals protective gloves and breathing apparatus should be worn at all times, and these products should only be used in well ventilated areas.
 
 
Unless agreed prior to ordering no orders will be processed until cleared payment has been received.
 
 
In the event that an item purchased from The Store is not as described (i.e. the description is inaccurate or incorrect), or is damaged upon arrival, a refund or appropriate replacement item will be offered. The incorrectly described or damaged item must be returned prior to a replacement or refund being given; in this situation we will reimburse reasonable prior arranged and agreed to postage costs incurred in returning the item.
 
 
With the exception of custom items (see below) all purchases made by UK customers sent to UK addresses are covered by UK Distance Selling Regulations. Should you change your mind about an order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it the item(s) may be returned and a refund given (excluding any shipping or handling costs paid, and excluding the cost of returning items to us). Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged and in their original condition. Items should be returned using a recorded and appropriately insured delivery service – we cannot be liable for returned items being lost in transit.
 
 
Custom and made to order items including but not limited to waterslide decals, vinyl decals and custom colour paints and lacquers are exempt from UK Distance Selling Regulations. They may only be returned if proven to be defective or incorrectly described, in which case a suitable replacement will be offered.
 
 
We endeavour to dispatch all orders as promptly as possible and in line with the estimate given in The Store, typically within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment. However in certain extreme circumstances we can require up to one week to dispatch standard in stock items and two weeks to dispatch custom items. Items are usually sent as a single package but may be sent individually at our discretion; no extra charge will be made if it is necessary for us to ship a single order in multiple packages.
 
 
In the event that an item listed as In Stock when purchased is in fact out of stock the customer will be informed and given the choice of either receiving a refund for the out of stock item or waiting for the item to be restocked. Every effort is made to ensure that stock listed is available for prompt dispatch, but occasionally errors occur for reasons outside of our control.
 
 
Aerosol products cannot be sent to destinations outside of the EU. They may incur additional shipping costs. Aerosols can only be sent within the UK by FedEx UK.
 
 
We reserve the right to cancel and refund in full any order for any reason prior to the order being dispatched.

The shipping methods we use - Royal Mail, Fed Ex, and a selection of other international couriers - are reliable but sometimes delays or losses can happen for reasons outside of our control. Should an order be lost in transit we will only be liable for the cost of the items ordered and not any subsequent, related or speculative losses.
