i. “The Company” means Red Communications a company registered in England and Wales with the registered address of Highstone House, 165 High Street, Barnet, EN5 5SU.
ii. “Customer” means any individual, organisation, company or business that wishes to do business with Red Communications and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
iii. “Buyer” means the person, firm or company who actually acquires the Goods from the Seller
iv. “Goods” means the goods and/or services supplied by the Seller to the Buyer.
v. “Website” means www.redcommunications.co.uk
vi. “Online Shops” means Red Communications Amazon and Ebay shops.
2. Website Use:
i. By accessing and using the Website the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms. Red Communications urge all website customers to read the Terms carefully as they may affect the Users rights and liabilities under law.
ii. The Customer is permitted to use the Company’s website for their own purposes and to print and download material from this website provided that the Customer does not modify any content without the Company’s consent.
3. Online Orders:
a) Availability and Pricing
i. In addition to its own products and services, Red Communications resell products from various Manufacturers of devices, software and accessories. The Customer accepts that there is sometimes a delay in the provision of information or in its accuracy in respect to availability and pricing.
ii. In good-faith Red Communications will represent what it understands to be current availability and pricing however all information, including but not limited to web-based materials, may be subject to change.
iii. All goods and services are promoted subject to their availability. No price, or other information provided will bind Red Communications until the order is accepted.
iv. An order is deemed to be accepted when a Red Communications Order Confirmation is issued to the Customer. Once a Confirmation is issued, both parties are agreeing to the pricing and availability information contained therein.
v. In the unlikely event that the prices displayed on the website/online shop(s) is incorrect one of the following actions will be taken:
a. if the correct price is lower than the price displayed on the website, the lower price will be charged and order fulfilled
b. if the correct price is higher than the price displayed on the website, Red Communications Customer Service will attempt to contact the Customer for instructions before proceeding with the order and if no contact is made the order will be cancelled and the Customer notified.
vi. All prices advertised in Red Communication shops, websites and marketing material are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
b) Placing an Order
i. Information provided is for the purposes of allowing Customers to evaluate goods and services
ii. All goods and services are promoted subject to their availability. No price, or other information provided will bind Red Communications until the order is accepted by the Company.
iii. Orders will only be accepted from individuals aged 18 years or older, who are residents of the United Kingdom, with a recognised United Kingdom delivery address.
iv. It is the individual’s sole responsibility to register a genuine name, address, phone number, email address and must possess a valid debit/credit card.
v. The individual must be employed and be fully authorised representatives of the company for whom they are placing an order.
4. Delivery and Fulfilment:
i. Red Communications offers inclusive delivery on orders to all UK mainland addresses (free postage is via Royal Mail).
ii. Should the Customer specify they want delivery via courier, an additional ten pound (£10.00) charge will be added to the order.
iii. For accepted Website/Online and Telephone Orders Red Communications aim to deliver within 7 working days to UK mainland addresses.
iv. Red Communications will only deliver to the address of the person/company placing the order and all orders will be delivered on a weekday.
v. It is the Customer’s responsibility to
a. Check the packaging at point of delivery and only accept orders where the packaging is intact and
b. Immediately check that the order is correct, and if it is not correct to notify Red Communications on the same day of delivery.
vi. If the item received is not the one ordered, The Customer should return all the item(s) in its original packaging/box and return to Red Communications in an unused, undamaged condition including all accessories and parts within 48 hours of the original delivery. For online orders the item should be returned within 14 days of the delivery. The box / packaging should still be sealed and intact.
vii. If the customer receives a faulty item(s), Red Communications will replace the item(s) (subject to availability), arrange for a repair or offer a credit, provided the Customer notifies and returns the item(s) to Red Communications within 14 DAYS of the delivery date.
viii. For faulty item(s) outside the 14 DAYS of delivery date, Red Communications will offer a repair where possible.
ix. Should Red Communications not be able to fulfil the order within a reasonable time frame within their control; a full refund will be issued provided the equipment is returned within 14 DAYS of delivery in accordance with the Returns Policy. The Item(s) must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with relevant parts and accessories. The box / packaging should still be sealed and intact.
x. Red Communications do not accept liability for any delays in delivery outside their control. These include, and not limited to, delays caused by suppliers failing to deliver stock and delivery companies. The Customer will be advised of expected delays wherever possible.
xi. Where deliveries have been returned; by the delivery company to Red Communications; after attempts of delivery has been made, delivery charges will not be refunded and the Customer may incur additional postage/delivery charges when arranging a redelivery.
xii. Red Communications reserve the right to not accept any returns on used items where the original packaging has been damaged and/or relevant parts/accessories are missing. The box/packaging should still be sealed and intact.
5. Returns Policy:
i. The Customer has fourteen (14) working days from delivery to return the product for an exchange /refund or whichever is appropriate. The Item(s) must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with relevant parts and accessories. The box / packaging should still be sealed and intact. Red Communications reserve the right to not accept any returns on used items. The refund /exchange will be issued within 14 working days. This refund/exchange will only apply to the purchase price of the goods and does not include the cost of return as per clause 4 (iv) below.
ii. If the Customer finds that the equipment received is faulty and notifies Red Communications within fourteen days (14) of delivery, Red Communications will replace it (subject to availability), arrange for it to be repaired or offer a store credit as appropriate.
iii. If the Customer finds that the equipment received is faulty and notifies Red Communications outside of seven days of delivery, Red Communications will arrange for it to be repaired. Should a repair not be possible, a suitable alternative will be offered.
iv. It is the Customers responsibility, at their own expense, to return unwanted orders to Red Communications using an insured delivery method within 14 DAYS of notifying the Company about return the item. The Item(s) must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with relevant parts and accessories. The box / packaging should still be sealed and intact.
v. Red Communications will not be liable for loss or damage that arises while the returned item(s) are in transit.
vi. Please note that if the Customer does not return all the items they have received, Red Communications shall be entitled to charge the Customer for the costs incurred in collecting the remaining items. These terms and conditions do not affect the Customers rights under law. The Customer should contact their local branch of the Citizens' Advice Bureau if they require any advice or assistance.
6. Changes and Updates to Terms and Conditions:
i. Red Communications reserve the right to:
a. Update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be notified to the user via a suitable announcement on the Website. It is the responsibility of the user to check for such changes and the changes will apply within 7 days of the announcement. If the user does not accept the new Terms, the user should not continue to access/use the Website. If the user continues to access and use the Website after the date on which the change comes into effect, the access / use of the Website indicates the user’s agreement to be bound by the new Terms.
b. Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Website(s) and the material contained within (or any part) without notice and the user acknowledges by accepting these terms that Red Communications shall not be liable for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website or its contents.
i. When using this website and/or online shop(s) the Customer shall not post or send to or from this Website and /or online shops any material:
a. For which the Customer has not obtained all necessary consents
b. That is discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, liable to incite racial hatred, in breach of confidentiality or privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience to others, which encourages or constitutes conduct that would be deemed a criminal offence, give rise to a civil liability, or otherwise is contrary to the lay in the United Kingdom
c. Harmful in nature including, and without limitation, computer viruses, Trojan horses, corrupted data, or other potentially harmful software or data.
d. The Company will co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requiring the Company to disclose the identity or other details of any person posting material to this website in breach of the above paragraphs.

i. Links to other websites or material may be included on this website for convenience which is beyond its control. The User accepts and acknowledges that Red Communications is:
a. Not responsible for such websites or material nor does it review or endorse these websites
b. Will not be liable, whether directly or indirectly, for the privacy practices or content of such websites, nor for any damage, loss or offence caused or alleged to be caused in connection with, the use of or reliance on any such advertising, content, products, materials or services available on such external websites or resources.
9. Website / Online Shop Accuracy:
i. Due to the rapidly changing nature of the telecommunications industry, the Red Communications cannot guarantee the accuracy of information supplied, particularly with mobile phone handsets specifications, network price plans and special offers, which may change without prior notice to the Company.
ii. The Customer acknowledges that Red Communications cannot guarantee and cannot be responsible for the security or privacy of the Website /Online Shop and any information provided by the Customer.
iii. The Customer must bear the risk associated with the use of the Internet. Whilst Red Communications will try to ensure that material included on the Website/Online Shop is correct, reputable and of high quality, it cannot accept responsibility if this is not the case. The Company will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of such information or for any technical problems the Customer may experience with the Website/Online Shop. If the Company is informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the Website/Online Shop it will attempt to correct this as soon as reasonably possible.
iv. In particular, Red Communications disclaims all liabilities in connection with the following; Incompatibility of the Website/Online Shop with any of the Customer’s equipment, software or telecommunications links; Technical problems including errors or interruptions of the Website/Online Shop; Unsuitability, unreliability or inaccuracy of the Website/Online Shop; Inadequacy of the Website/Online Shop to meet the Customer’s requirements.
v. To the full extent allowed by applicable law, the Customer agrees that the Company will not be liable to the Customer or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages (both of which terms includes, without limitation, pure economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of / related to the Website/Online Shop.
i. If any part of the Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions of the Terms.
i. No waiver by the Company shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.
i. The Customer agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold Red Communications, its officers, directors, employees and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of these Terms by the Customer, or any other liabilities arising out of the Customer’s use of the Website/Online Shop or any other person accessing the Website/Shop using the Customer’s personal information.
