Business and Personal cheque will only be accepted in certain conditions and must be agreed in advance. Clearance can take up to 14 working days before shown as cleared funds in our account.

Your orders dispatch by Parcel force, Business Post, and DPD should arrive within 5 working days from date of your payment being received. Please check that your order is not available at the local Post Office for collection, as an attempt may have been made to deliver your order. Calling cards are not always left. Our courier services are Business Post, Parcel Force, Royal Mail and DPD. This service will be decided by A 1 Plant Sales and is based on the type of product and the location your goods are being dispatched to. You must be present to sign for you goods. All standard Royal Mail postal services normally arrive within 5 to 7 working days. The is not guaranteed, and all orders can take up to 15 working days before any lost or delayed delivery claims can be processed.

All of Europe, America, Asia, Australia, Scottish Highland Boarders, Isle of White, Ireland, all Channel Islands and the rest of the world.

When purchasing any of the products from our shop, you are agreeing to accept the cost of any additional postage, subject to your delivery zone, and that you agree the postage to be fair and you are satisfied with any additional postage charge that has been applied to this sale.
LEAVING GOODS OR DELIVERY TO ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS:
Goods will not be left without a signature as we will not accept liability for loss or damaged goods resulting from this.
DELIVERY TO ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS: Please make clear that you accept full liability of loss or damage for this change of address regarding the stated purchase. You must contact us within 6 hours of placing your order, by calling us on 01633 676800 to arrange this. The request must then be put in writing and sent by fax to 01633 276611 or scanned and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org ensuring that you state clearly your current address and where you wish the goods to be delivered. Please make clear that you accept full liability of loss or damage for this change of address regarding the stated purchase.
DAMAGES AND LOSS:
It is the responsibility of our customers to take out postage insurance cover. Should you choose not to take out postal insurance, we will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods. Let us know if you wish to discuss special discounts rates for insurance. All damages and losses must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order by calling 01633 676800.
Please ask for the returns department. Failure to do this will invalidate any claims made.
Returning an item you have purchased by mistake or are the wrong size etc:
We will endeavour to provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 7 days of the day after receipt. If you do this, a returns form must be requested from email@example.com and you must fill this in and enclose with the returned goods. You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier. We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and if possible with their original packaging. Please include a copy of the complete returns form. We will refund the total cost of the goods, minus a restocking charge when we receive the goods back in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to charge a restocking charge.
Returning an item that is faulty:
If we have supplied an item that is faulty or goes faulty in the first 7 days of receipt we will supply you a returns form and we will arrange the uplift of the goods (Please put a copy of the returns form with the goods.) Should we ( and sometimes the manufacturer ) upon receipt of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred.
Returning an item that we have supplied incorrectly:
If we have supplied an item incorrectly we will arrange the uplift of the goods and have the correct item sent out at the same time. A returns form will still be emailed to you which you need to fill in and send it back with the goods that are being returned.
None returnable goods:
We will not accept returns of none stock goods, Consumables, Gasses, Oils, Lubricants, Perishables, or specially ordered items. This is simply because most of our suppliers will not accept these items back. When possible, with agreement from our suppliers to accept such returned goods, a handling charge at their discretion will apply (To be advised). Vehicles sold on my shop are for personal sale, and we do not accept returns. Any vehicle sold is purchased sold as seen.
We offer a return to base policy only. Being a distributor for many products, in certain cases (depending on product manufacturer) some will allow a collection process at no cost to you. This is subject to the warranty claim being accepted.
Should you have received faulty goods please call 01633 676800 before the items are returned. Once you have received a return note number. Please return the item.
We will process your claim, and if the goods are found to be faulty, a replacement will be supplied free of charge (Postage charge will apply). Should however the returned item be damaged or abused no replacement or credit will be given. Return charge of your goods will apply. It is the responsibility of the customers to return goods to our choice of destination within UK mainland should they be damaged on arrival, under warranty or no longer required.
