My original order never arrived, I contacted the seller and I was offered a refund or a replacement. I chose the latter and they arrived very quickly, is in excellent condition and exactly as described. I would not hesitate to use this seller again as they are helpful and quick to reply to any queries.

Royal mail ignored a re-direct on delivery and could not even return it to the seller efficiently. Tracking showed it passing it up and down the country six times between depots, eventually delivering it back to the seller. Quickdraw promised to help resolve the problem and did so very effectively. Great value to begin with, but the excellent customer service went above and beyond to ensure that my granddaughter received her gift.

Fantastic price, easy to fill with fat balls, birds are enjoying their daily feeds from it :) Item was packaged well and sent quickly. Communication from seller was excellent.
