This seller was excellent at communicating with me and went above and beyond to make things right. Found another of the same piece I'd ordered and shipped it to me. Finally arrived, well packed, and it is as lovely as described. A simple refund would have been the most I would have expected . Instead I have the picture I'd wanted. This seller is absolutely excellent! A+ I would not hesitate to buy from them again
