I did my part, I paid the full amount for the item, The email said the item was delivered. but NO ITEM WAS DELIVERED, I was literally waiting beside my front door when the email said it was delivered. But I never saw a postal carrier. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER. I requested a refund, seller was unmoved . It’s the precise reason sellers pay for delivery confirmation is for people like you.. we are sorry but not our responsibility when the person who comes to your house every day scans it as delivered to you. Tracking proves it was delivered.

I purchased a DVD set of The Beatles "Get Back" documentary but I received a Blu-Ray version by mistake. I sent an email requesting a refund and had a reply back in less than an hour. He admitted they sent the wrong set, and promised to send me the correct one asap. He did just that. Three days later, the DVD's were delivered. I had recently got screwed by two other sellers.
