  Even tho they sent the wrong heads the first time. Shoutout to Taylor and the other lady that answered the phone. They were extremely helpful and go above and beyond with customer service. I had a return label in my email day of the first delivery. correct part was sent out promptly after receiving confirmation that I had dropped off the incorrect ones to be shipped back. Parts showed up very well packaged. This company puts care into every aspect from purchase to delivery. Will use again.

  Customer service is beyond what you think it should be . Mr. Foster went beyond anybody that I ever dealt with in customer service . The part I was in the process of ordering was the wrong one , I gave Mr. Foster the measurements of my lower unit and he informed me that it was indeed the wrong lower unit , so he personally took the lower unit that I ordered over to their service center and had them change the drive shaft out for the correct one before it was shipped . And I got in time .

  I ordered the wrong unit and indicated the correct one I needed in my message to the seller. The seller switched out the trim unit, even allowed me to purchase the return label from him saving me money shipping out the correct one. I've saved their information . I highly recommend using them for any purchase.
