After unwrapping the package, I found both the jewel casing and DVD discs all to be in new condition just as the vendor described! I love the reasonable price I paid, and I love my new DVD set! Then when I opened the DVD's...problem. I purchased the 2 DVD'd got 1 free. This DVD was pretty dirty. There where hairs in the DVD container. DVD was a little more scratched than I thought it would be. Fingerprints.I contacted the company. They responded within an hour. You could tell they were truly sorry. Sent me a refund. Extremely friendly customer service. I would buy from them again. Mistakes happen.
