- Royal Mail Special Delivery (Tracked): Next Working Day delivery (Monday to Friday). Signature required on delivery.
 
European Union/Worldwide
 
- International Standard Airmail (Untracked): Usually delivered within 5 working days (European Union) or within 10 working days (Worldwide). Please allow 15 working days.
 
- International Tracked/Signed (Tracked): Usually delivered within 5 working days (European Union) or within 10 working days (Worldwide). Signature required on delivery. Please allow 15 working days.
 
We are legally required to declare the correct status, value and contents of all packages which are shipped to destinations outside the United Kingdom. These orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which must be borne by you.

- Faulty Items: If your item has a genuine manufacturing fault please contact us.
 
- Exclusions: Hosiery (stockings, tights, bodystockings) cannot be returned unless in original sealed packaging.
 
To return an item please select the item in your Purchase History in My eBay and click ‘Return this item’ from the More actions dropdown menu on the right. This will open a return request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation number with details of how and where to return your item.
 
You are responsible for ensuring that goods are delivered back to us safely. We recommend that you use a tracked/insured service and retain your proof of postage until you have confirmation that your item has been delivered to us.
 
Orders shipped to UK/European Union - We will refund the cost of your item and the standard delivery charge (Royal Mail 48/2nd Class, International Standard Airmail) under the European Consumer Rights Directive. Upgraded delivery services (Royal Mail Special Delivery, Royal Mail Signed For, International Tracked) are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us.

    Thankyou great bikini top just what I needed and arrived in the nick of time today as I go on holiday in the morning! Great fit, supportive cups with enough coverage for me. Good comfortable adjustable straps. Lovely design. Took about two weeks to get here, not sellers fault as due to post strikes but worth the wait even if delivery so last minute! Just need a bikini bottom now but was too late to chance another order - have to sort that another time I guess.
