I sent it to the guys at Robert’s. They had it fixed and had it heading back to me in just a couple of days. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in the same situation.

Mailed my non-working radio; two day turnaround on repair; two days later my Ford had a working radio. Getting a used Ford radio not a viable option - a used radio might fail after a week, a month, or a year (if you are lucky). My radio had two bad capacitors, a bad solder joint, and (as usual) a failed Integrated Circuit. My radio now has upgraded parts and should last for the life of the car.

Called Roberts and was advised to send the new radio as well as the non-working core back with the furnished return label for repaired. Seller repaired within 24 hours and received in the same week. Highly recommend Roberts.

I shipped my OEM Ford F150 Radio in, got a call to explain what was wrong and needed fixed, agreed on the very fair price, and a few days later it's at my doorstep wrapped up perfectly. I was like a kid at Christmas unpacking this thing! I installed it back turned on, and BOOM I was back in business. This was an amazing service and I'm happy I stumbled upon this company when I was considering just going and buying a new one!
