The Item appearance is good, new but it's unknown as to how it works until installed. The box was in great shape upon arrival as well as the item secured inside and bubble wrapped. Got my mirrors back from paint after a month and installed them and wires did not work (possibly from Wong harness)contacted seller and gave me a full refund no questions asked a seller that can do that is a seller I can do business with all day long.
