  The item was shipped very fast, the seller only put my name, town and state on the shipping label, he shipped it by Fedex, I had a call at 8:30 this morning from Fedex asking if I was expecting a order from the shipper I confirmed I was and they asked me to confirm my street address which I did. by 9:30 the packaged was delivered!!!!! I don't know how they got my phone number or how they figured the package belong to me but FEDEX WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. SUPER GREAT JOB WAY TO GO FEDEX!!!!!

  Unit came in missing ujoint cap , box was shredded on each end. Communication was sporadic at best , asked for replacement and shipping return, wanted me to locate new cap , wont refund decent $ for hassle, wont buy again, Out of country Communication, instate warehouse. wont ship replacement and return lable. terrible customer service. told them will ship bad one back in best box if they ship replacement and return lable , easy remedy but they refused.

  Arrived new and fit fine. But when installed, it had a vibration. Seller was great to deal with and handled the refund efficiently. Rating the item as a 3 but seller as a 5. Some products have issues but the seller is what makes the difference. Seller was great to deal with and prompt.
