Complaint policy of products HiSModel - after delivery
If some products are damaged or dirty after delivery and there is no possibility to repair them, buyer can request spare parts.
Request of spare parts:
- Is possible during 30 day after delivery
- Photo that shipping wrapper was damaged during shipping is needed.
Then I can send spare parts, after payment of shipping.
Other compensations should be requested from shipping companies.
Spare parts policy of products HiSModel
It may happen that while working on the model, there will appear irreparable damage on some parts.
You can request a replacement of parts only for shipping and handling cost.
Request must contain a photo of damaged parts and description how the damage occurred.
Return policy for products HiSModel:
If you not satisfied with my products, you can send them back during 30 days after goods delivery.
Goods must by in their original condition - no damaged or dirt. Buyer must send me info about it and wait for my formal confirmation before sending goods back. So I knew about the return shipment.
Message about goods return must contains information why buyer want return goods!
Wrapper for return shipping must be original or similar quality to avoid damage during shipping back.
Money back will be send after goods arrive back.
Money back do not contain shipping price!!
