The pattern is factory folded and uncut, and was obvious from the photos and accurate description. The envelope is in surprisingly good condition, even though the pattern is from 1987. The pattern was reasonably priced, and for an OOP and very sought after pattern I was thrilled to find this item in excellent condition, reasonably priced and it shipped quickly. The shipping cost was also reasonable and item was packaged very well. Recommend Seller!!!
