The basket swivels all four directions AND it allows you to set the snare closer to you with the legs close to the bass , the snare closer to the bass with legs closer to you. There isn't a center offset like many stands have. The tilt lock up is tight, very sturdy built. I have 4 snare stands and tried them all. * For the money, you can't beat this Atlas Stand.

Also tried to contact the seller and it’s been three days and no response. I was wrong almost $100 for just a box that was not open. Don’t recommend this seller at all also this bajosexto looks very cheap look somewhere!!
