Very disappointing as this was supposed to be a Christmas present and now I have to scramble to find an iPad that is actually listed correctly. Contacted seller and all they could do for me was tell me to initiate a return, and that they didn’t even have 256 gb model in stock. Now instead of getting what I ordered I have to waste my time making up for their mistake.

Shipping was nice and quick. The seller was kind and helpful when I messaged them about a couple of oddities and issues. (e.g., an obscure BIOS setting) They will treat you fairly and make sure you're happy. I think this was a very good value buy and I feel good about reducing e-waste. I'd happily recommend them if they're selling any laptops you're interested in. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the monitor screen arrived damaged either due to prior handling or shipping. The top right corner was smashed. It was decently packaged so not sure exactly what happened from packaging through transit to cause this. Regardless, customer service responded quickly and provided a refund for the item. Much appreciated, would shop again.
