    So the item arrived swiftly, and the packaging seemed OK. Unfortunately, the copies i received, a few of the books appeared to have weak / Miley damaged bindings out of the box.  the courteous seller exceeded all expectations in remedying the situation. The books are good… and the seller even better. Very grateful for this one. One thing that’s not clear in the description, but this comes with SIX books and in the ad and pictures it appeared there would only be three.

    I am elated with the seller and the product. I did not get pictures of the packaging but each book was wrapped in plastic and appear newly printed. I have been on the long journey find information regarding several repairs on my 2007 GS350. These books have been so very helpful in troubleshooting and repairing. I’m a Do-it-yourself girl whether my car, house, appliances , etc. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER! Thanks to the seller for delivering the right product at the right time as it was as described!

    Excellent transaction. Item as described. Books were new and wrapped in plastic. Shipped in a cardboard box, so the possibility of very low or no risk of damage from shipping. Would definitely buy from the seller again.
