Delivery
Orders are shipped once payment information has been validated and stock confirmed. If an item is out of stock at the point of purchase, shipment will be made as soon as our stock is replenished.
We cannot guarantee delivery times but aim to dispatch all orders within one working day. Orders are shipped via first class mail and usually arrive within 1-3 working days.
In the unlikely event that your order fails to arrive, please contact us so that we can ask Royal Mail to investigate. Please note, however, that Royal Mail will not class a package as lost until 15 working days have passed from the date of expected delivery.

We offer free UK standard delivery. Next day delivery (Monday to Friday) is available upon request, if arranged before 2pm. Please contact us via email or on 0800 043 0135 for more information.
If you wish to place an order for delivery outside the UK, please contact us prior to purchase at service@BMCdigital.co.uk so that we can provide you with our international delivery costs.

You will be prompted to create an account with us which will allow you to log in and view the status of your order, following completion. All payments are secure and are encrypted following insertion to ensure maximum security.
Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product. Once you have placed your order, we shall email you acknowledging receipt and thereby accepting your order.

Cancellation
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You have the right to cancel an order without reason by the end of the seventh working day, after the day on which you receive your goods. This right may not apply to goods made to your specification, in-ear headphones that are no longer sealed, perishable goods (or goods that by their nature cannot be returned), video, DVD, audio or software products if the item if no longer sealed, newspapers, periodicals or magazines. This right does not apply to business to business transactions
Should you cancel the contract we will refund your payment in full within 28 days. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and we kindly ask that you return them to us in their original packaging, or make them available for collection, within a reasonable time. Please contact us at service@BMCdigital.co.uk to arrange all returns.
Cancellations made prior to shipment will be refunded in full immediately.

Weee Regulations
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now U K law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
Much of the UK’s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
BMCdigital LTD are obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when you buy from us a new Electrical or Electronic product.
For example, if a customer bought a new EEE item from us we would accept their old WEEE item and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown below:

Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
Batteries
We offer a “battery take back” facility, which means that we are happy to take back and recycle waste portable batteries. You do not need to purchase from us to take advantage of this service. All batteries should be returned to us directly and will in turn be collected from us by the Battery Compliance Team for recycling.
