We are a family run business based in the UK selling brand new items sourced from reputable UK wholesalers and all products are dispatched from the UK. We aim to describe everything the best we can, should you be at all unsure or have any questions please ask, we're more than happy to help. We aim to reply to all messages the same day or by the next working day, depending on the time received.
 
CHECKOUT, PAYMENT and POSTAGE
 
We kindly request that payment be sent within 5 days of purchase or auction end, or contact us if you need longer to pay. This helps us manage orders more efficiently.
 
Postage is always combined; simply add your items to the shopping basket and checkout in one go. Any discounts/promotions will be automatically calculated before you pay, if unsure please ask. For larger orders we can often offer a ‘quantity discount’, please check with us for more information.
 
POSTAGE PAID/FREE POSTAGE
 
We aim to provide the best value we can and believe showing the postage cost separate from the cost of the item on many listings is much clearer and often cheaper when purchasing multiple items. Where postage is not included in the cost of the item you will pay just one postage charge for multiple items or in rare instances a minimal cost to cover additional items. Should you wish to see all costs included in one price please contact us to arrange for a listing to be uploaded for you in this way.
 
DISPATCH and DELIVERY
 
Orders are processed promptly and either sent from our store here in Devon or direct from our supplier’s warehouse. Mostly our parcels will arrive quickly but please be aware that ebay delivery times are estimates and if your order is urgent we recommend you choose a faster postage option to be sure your item arrives in time. Once your parcel has been handed over to the relevant postal/courier service being used we are unable to completely control or guarantee the speed of their delivery services in all areas.
 
AFTER SALES SERVICE
 
Should you find a problem with your order please message us, that way we have the opportunity to put it right for you. If we do not know about an issue you have we are unable to change things. Feedback is not a messaging service.
 
ORDER NOT ARRIVED
 
Contrary to some reports parcels are very rarely lost or damaged in transit, but as with everything there are exceptions to the rule and when it happens it can be frustrating.
 
We hear many reports of ‘I missed you’ calling cards not being left by couriers or being mislaid so firstly, please check with your neighbour(s) and local enquiry/collection office that your postman hasn’t tried to deliver while you were out, it could be awaiting collection or for you to re-arrange delivery for a different day. We often receive parcels returned as 'not called for' a few weeks after queries about non-receipt so please do check. You can get details of your local Delivery or Enquiry Office by phoning Royal Mail's dedicated Delivery Office information line on 0845 6050767. This automated service will give you the address and opening hours of your nearest Delivery Office or Enquiry Office.
 
Should you be unsuccessful in locating your order then contact us so we can either track it down, send a replacement or if that’s not possible offer an alternative or a refund.
 
All instances of items that fail to arrive are reported to help improve services to customers and identify any problem areas in the postal/courier service/network and to monitor areas where possible theft or fraud is being committed. It is possible you may be contacted by the relevant service regarding the problem.
 
ORDER DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT
 
Please do not return damaged items to us and do not throw the item or its packaging away. Contact us immediately via ebay messages with details and photographs of the item and packaging.
