By making this purchase you are agreeing to the following:
 
1.0 General
 
1.1 Communication. We “MCB Electronics Limited” prefer to communicate in English language. We may also respond in your chosen language using the free online Google translation service. However, in this case we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the translation.
 
1.2 We are an Internet based company and as such provide support via the ebay messaging system or via e-mail. This is so we can track your questions electronically accounting for the differing world time zones. Additionally, we can send photographs and detailed instructions that would otherwise be difficult to explain over the telephone.
 
1.3 Country Taxes and Import Duty. This concerns countries outside of the European Union. All orders dispatched to outside of the European Union will have the true item description and full value declared on the customs declaration form. You may wish to factor in any additional taxes that your country may charge you before making your purchase.
 
 
2.0 Tuning Units
 
2.1 Your Purchase. We cannot dispatch your order until you forward the vehicle details as requested in the listings and after purchase emails. We require this information from you so we can send you the correct unit for your vehicle and to confirm that you have made the right purchase choice. For some vehicles we may require further details and we will contact you about this after your purchase.
 
2.2 We reserve the right to cancel your order and provide you with a full refund if we think; a. you have purchased the wrong unit for your vehicle or b. we think that the unit is incompatible with your vehicle or c. if you do not supply the vehicle details within 7 days of your purchase.
 
2.3 Installation. Some vehicle connectors may require slight modification before use. This may involve for example; cutting off a plastic guide or removing a plastic insert. Full details will be supplied with the installation instructions.
 
2.4 The tuning units are self-installation, so we have no control over the installation, configuration and use. Hence, the installation of the units is at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any injury caused to persons and or damage to property. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of a successful or unsuccessful installation. You may therefore wish to consider having the unit professionally installed by a qualified garage, to mitigate any further costs incurred by you as a result of an unsuccessful installation.
 
2.5 We cannot be held responsible for any defects or additional stress or wear that may arise to your vehicle, directly or indirectly as a result of the installation by yourself or your representative. We do not recommend that you install the units for the first time before a journey that you will rely on.
 
2.6 We do not make any guarantees that any tuning unit will work as expected with your vehicle, due to certain factors outside of our control (for one example; the vehicle engine must be of standard specification and not already be modified by way of a tuning remap). In that case, you may wish to return the unit within the specified returns window for full refund.
 
2.7 The units may not be approved for use in your country. We cannot be held responsible for any use that is not in accordance within the laws of your country. You may have to notify your insurance company of any modifications made to your vehicle. Modification of your vehicle may invalidate any manufacturer warranty.
 
2.8 Performance. All figures quoted are maximum values and may be less in practice. Real figures are vehicle dependant and can be found by measurement only. We do not make any guarantees on the performance figures quoted in the listings.
 
2.9 Tuning units that have a variable control setting or pre-set program number. The maximum setting does not equate to maximum power achievable. Hence, maximum power will most likely be achieved at a setting lower than the maximum, and some of the higher settings may not be suitable for your vehicle.
 
3.0 Returns. Refunds or replacements can only be applied once the original item has been received back from you.
 
3.1 No refunds will be applied, if you make a request to return the item after 30 days from the date of receipt.
 
3.2 After 30 days, you are covered by the warranty, which is for replacement of items that have subsequently become faulty.
 
3.3 If you are returning items from outside of the UK (United Kingdom), please ensure that you clearly write on the parcel and Customs declaration form: 'RETURNED GOODS SENT TO SUPPLIER'. If no declaration is made and subsequently the UK Customs ask us to pay any import taxes, we will refuse the parcel and it will be returned to you.
 
4.0 Warranty. The warranty period is for 12 months from the date of purchase. You are responsible for the return postage costs. No replacements can be dispatched until we receive the item back from you.
 
4.1 Replacement items covered by the warranty, will be dispatched to you at no extra cost.
 
4.2 The warranty shall be voided if the returned items have been, misused, disassembled or physically damaged / mutilated.
 
4.3 If the returned items are found to be working correctly, they shall be returned to you. Before releasing the items, we will charge you any additional costs incurred, including the costs of sending the item back to you.

The Disc arrived on time, can’t complain about that, But, you need a windows computer to print off the track information, there’s 90 different tracks. I only have an I Pad, so can’t use the Disc at all, no idea what track does what!

The CD also has CD text feature and you can also view the track information in the ebay listing using your ipad.
