We cannot accept responsibility for any delays in delivery by Royal Mail, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, industrial action, peak delivery times. 2nd class is a 2-3 days service but Royal Mail will not class this as lost until 10 working days after estimated delivery date.

Orders dispatched via Royal Mail will utilize either the RM24 or RM48 service, providing delivery confirmation only. Please note that this service does not offer point-to-point tracking. The tracking information will update once the order has been delivered. However, please be aware that this service may not always provide accurate tracking updates, especially if the QR code on the label is damaged. In case of non-receipt of your order, please contact us before opening a case with eBay. We will initiate a thorough investigation with Royal Mail to locate your order within their network. You may also be asked to fill in an item not received form issued from Royal Mail. Failure to do this will prevent us making a claim against Royal Mail.
